Delivery Information
Delivery is calculated by product type, weight and any special requirements required by law due to the nature of the products that we sell.
Our systems are set up to offer the customer the best value service at checkout. We may also offer different services at extra cost for improved or faster delivery service.
We generally use next day courier services but in some cases this may be delayed due to uncontrolled circumstances. Please allow 4-5 working days to allow for the dsipatch process
We work with a number of couriers to offer best value for our customers. Most commonly we use APC Overnight and DHL parcel UK. Larger orders may be sent via Pallet and will be quoted seperately.
Delivery Costs
Free Local Delivery – This service is available to customers within small a radius of our wherehouse in Bexhill, East Sussex. Orders will be quailified based on Customers Postcode at checkout.
Free National Delivery – This service is availble to customers who spend over £50. This option is not available to the excluded postcodes below*
Standard UK Mainland delivery – £10.00, Available to UK mainland addresses for orders that do not quailify for free delivery
Standard small items UK Mainland delivery – £4.99 We will use Royal Mail small parcel services for small or lightweight orders. Available to UK mainland addresses for orders that do not qualify for free delivery
